In 2010, we launched the operation of a portal milling machine with a 2100 mm diameter head, becoming a strictly Czech manufacturer of precision machined aluminum plates, which we offer under our brand name ALQAL, ALXAL and ALVAL.

For the development of our company Alcom Alval, we do not use taxpayer money from European Union funds.

We make milled plates

Since 2010, we’ve been making precision machined aluminum plates from cast blocks and rolled plates, which we offer as ALQAL 5083, ALXAL 5754, ALCAST 7021, ALVAL 6082 and ALVAL 7075.

We offer our clients cast or rolled sheets and plates, round and square bars, coils, foils and anti-slip or corrugated sheets. More information can be found on the pages of specific products.

New saw Briganto AP 25

At Alcom Alval Nupaky, we now offer cutting with the Briganto AP 25 circular saw.
We cut with maximum precision, for selected thicknesses up to a tenth of a millimeter.
The rotating table prevents the material from being scratched and takes the topic of surface protection to a new level.
We are now able to cut thicknesses from 4 to 250 mm. The maximum cut size is 2180 x 4040 mm. The maximum permissible weight of the cut material is 5000 kg.

New machine for shaped cutting

Dear customers, we are happy to inform you that, to increase the quality of our offered services, new technology for waterjet contour cutting was put into operation on 13 October 2014. We are now able to cut and shape all materials up to a width of 320 mm, and the dimensions of the working surface of the 2D cutting table have increased to 3000 x 5000 mm. The cutting head of the machine is also equipped with a tilting function, allowing for the automatic elimination of chamfers while cutting.
